  1. Possession with a Purpose - Possess to get Forward!

    1. Build up from our own half

      1. Spread Out

      2. Create Passing lanes

    2. Break lines with diagonal passes

      1. Finding the 7 and 11 on the width 

    3. Rebuild by switching play if we can’t get forward

      1. Training Day 2:Switching play using the 6 and 4 for U9-U12 Teams

      2. Switching the play using the 6, 5, 4, and 1 for U13+ Teams

  2. Corner Kicks and Set Pieces

    Corner Kicks/Set Pieces Folder

  3. Team Defending

    1. In our own half

      1. 6, 8, 10 forcing the ball wide or backwards

      2. 7 and 11 tracking back to apply pressure and double team

      3. 2 and 3 keeping the ball wide and deny service 

      4. 4 and 5 provide cover, get ball wide

      5. 1 providing cover and following ball, ready to shot stop if needed
